Easton Group Buys Two Industrial Buildings Totaling 72,800 SF in Arlington

ARLINGTON, TEXAS — Miami-based investment firm Easton Group has purchased two industrial buildings totaling 72,800 square feet in Arlington. The buildings, which were both completed in the 1980s, total 47,800 and 25,000 square feet and are leased to commercial printing company Digital Room. Stephen Bailey of Newmark represented the seller, a joint venture between Prattco Creekway and Investcorp, in the transaction.
