OSWEGO, ILL. — The Boulder Group has brokered the $3.8 million sale of a single-tenant, ground-leased Fifth Third Bank property in Oswego. The 4,273-square-foot retail building is located at 2660 U.S. Highway 34. Randy Blankstein, Jimmy Goodman and John Feeney of Boulder Group represented the seller, a West Coast-based real estate firm.
