SPOKANE, WASH. — Northmarq has brokered the $22.5 million sale of Go Go Heights Apartments, a 178-unit, garden-style multifamily community in Spokane. An entity doing business as LC Gogo Heights LLC sold the property to an undisclosed, Washington-based private investment firm.
