Rosewood Receives Zoning Approval for 156-Acre Mixed-Use Development in Plano

PLANO, TEXAS — Rosewood Property Co. has received zoning approval from the Plano City Council for Heritage Creekside, a 156-acre mixed-use development that will be located near the intersection of U.S. Highway 75 and President George Bush Turnpike.
