DES PLAINES, ILL. — Seefried Industrial Properties has completed demolition and is underway on a three-building, 520,000-square-foot industrial development in Des Plaines. The project is a redevelopment of approximately 35 acres at the Northeast corner of Algonquin and Mount Prospect roads in the O’Hare submarket.
