JLL Capital Markets said Thursday it had completed the sale of Newbury Self Storage, a 686-unit self-storage facility in Newbury, MA. The sale price was not disclosed. JLL’s Capital Markets Self Storage team represented the private seller, Stowaway Storage Newbury, LLC. The team also procured the buyer, Andover Properties.
