FRISCO, TEXAS — Three new tenants — restaurant Frenchie, Woodhouse Spa and Second Rodeo Brewing — have signed leases at Firefly Park, a 217-acre mixed-use development in Frisco.
The deals bring the occupancy rate of the first phase of retail development, which will be anchored by sportswear retailer TYLER’S, to 41 percent.
