JLL Negotiates Sale of 323,949 SF Office Campus in North San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO — JLL has negotiated the sale of Union Square, a two-building, 323,949-square-foot office campus located on the north side of San Antonio. Building I was constructed in 1986 and offers 192,763 square feet across 10 floors, and Building II, which was completed in 2006, houses 131,186 square feet across six floors.
